We offer delivery all over Dallas Metroplex. For hand-deliveries a fee will be applied. The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address during the checkout.
REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES:
Because of multiple variables, including the traffic, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame. In addition, you are always welcome to call us so that one of our team members can handle your request personally.
IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME:
In the case that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with special instructions on your order form. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you we may leave the delivery in a safe place, such as in a shaded area on the front porch or with a neighbor, or we may leave a message to call to arrange for future delivery or a pick up at one of our locations.
THE RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED:
We may need to contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept delivery or to confirm the address unless you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when completing your order.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling (628) 529-5264 at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to the delivery or pick up day.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales concluded at Flower Boom Dallas are final. We are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Flower Boom Dallas.
