LOCAL DELIVERIES
We offer complimentary delivery to Plano, Richardson, Garland, Addison, Allen, Frisco, McKinney, Wylie, Big Dallas and surrounding. The delivery fee automatically will be calculated and shown based on the entered full delivery address during the online checkout.
REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES: Because of multiple variables, including the traffic, week day, weather, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame.
IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME: In the case that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with special instructions on your order form. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you we may leave the delivery in a safe place, such as in a shaded area on the front porch or with a neighbor, or we may leave a message to call to arrange for future delivery.
SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY: You can request a signature upon delivery if you’re concerned about the risk of your order being stolen or handed to the wrong person. The recipient will be required to present a valid ID and provide a signature before receiving the arrangement.
THE RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED: We may need to contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept delivery or to confirm the address unless you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when completing your order.
UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS & RE-DELIVERY: If we are unable to deliver your order due to issues such as an incorrect address, restricted access (e.g., gated communities or building concierges denying entry), or the recipient being unavailable/not answering the calls + we don't have a possibility to leave the arrangement at door, the arrangement will be returned to our store. We will attempt to re-deliver the following day once we receive updated information. A re-delivery fee will apply, starting at $50, with the final fee depending on the new delivery address and distance.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling (469)-468-9333 at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the delivery or shipping day.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
- Defective Products: Claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. Please submit a photo of the arrangement to info@flowerboomdallas.com.
- Non-Defective Products: Returns for non-defective items can be made within 12 hours of delivery, provided the arrangement is returned in its original, unused condition. Please contact us at (469)-468-9333 to arrange a return or for any questions.
Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Flower Boom Dallas.
