LOCAL DELIVERIES

We offer complimentary delivery to Plano, Richardson, Garland, Addison, Allen, Frisco, McKinney, Wylie, Big Dallas and surrounding. The delivery fee automatically will be calculated and shown based on the entered full delivery address during the online checkout.

REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES: Because of multiple variables, including the traffic, we are unable to guarantee deliveries at a specific time. However, you can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order, and we will do our best to deliver the arrangement within your preferred time frame.

IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME: In the case that the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will contact you by phone unless you provided us with special instructions on your order form. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you we may leave the delivery in a safe place, such as in a shaded area on the front porch or with a neighbor, or we may leave a message to call to arrange for future delivery.

THE RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED: We may need to contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept delivery or to confirm the address unless you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when completing your order.

CANCELLATIONS

All cancellation requests must be submitted by calling (469)-468-9333 at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the delivery or shipping day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Defective Products: Claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers. Please submit a photo of the arrangement to info@flowerboomdallas.com.
  • Non-Defective Products: Returns for non-defective items can be made within 12 hours of delivery, provided the arrangement is returned in its original, unused condition. Please contact us at (469)-468-9333 to arrange a return or for any questions.

Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own. Proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Flower Boom Dallas.

  • Keep your flower arrangement away from direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents, ceiling fans,
  • Keep your flowers in a cool room, where the temperature is between 65 - 72 degrees Fahrenheit,
  • Add a tea cup of water every other day from the middle of the arrangement, making sure the box is not getting wet (please note that with smaller boxes, you might need less water. You'll know when to stop watering when you see water coming out of the cellophane.)

What is the cost of flower delivery locally?

We now offer free flower delivery within the entire Dallas Metro area, covering up to 60 miles from our store. This change allows us to provide better service and value to our customers without compromising the quality of our arrangements. We are committed to maintaining low overhead costs to continue offering you exceptional service and beautiful flowers at affordable prices.

Can I pick up my flowers from the shop?

You can also pick "Local Pick-up" when you order. This lets you schedule a pick-up from one of our three Flower Boom Dallas spots. Right now, we don't let people walk in because of COVID-19 worries. But, we try to keep delivery costs low, so sending flowers is still affordable. We want to follow the FDA's no-touch rules to keep everyone safe as much as we can.

What are your store hours?

We are open 7 days a week, from 6 am - 9 pm.

Do you have a payment plan for those who can't afford one-time Dallas flower delivery order prices?

We offer a payment plan for people who can't pay the full price at once. This plan divides the total cost into four equal parts. You can choose to pay over 3, 6, or 12 months. There's no interest, fees, or effect on your credit score. To sign up, follow the Shop Pay steps at checkout. Payments are handled by Affirm, and we don't charge extra for this plan. You'll make automatic payments every two weeks, which keeps things easy.

Can your store deliver flowers and let people buy them with an appointment?

Yes, our store can deliver flowers and sell them if you make an appointment. To get your flowers delivered at a specific time, order at least 48 hours ahead. We're excited to help you celebrate your special day! We can't do any rush deliveries, though. Need help? Our customer care team is ready to assist you.
